Before you download the free Mathwright32 Reader, would you please fill out this registration form? This information will give us a better understanding of who is in our audience, and will allow us to provide better service to all in the future.

You must be a Library member with an up-to-date subscription to have access to all of the Library materials. If you are not a Library Member yet, go to the Free Stuff page in the Piazza to download our Introduction to Mathwright32 Microworlds, or one of our other demonstration Microworlds.

If you supply your email address, you will also be placed on the list to receive our email Newsletter. You may unsubscribe to the Newsletter at a later time if you wish. We respect your privacy, and will not intentionally share your name, email address, or any other information about you with any list.

In order to take advantage of the new Microworld technology, you must have either Microsoft's Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM) or its new .NET Framework installed with Windows. Generally you will download the Mathwright32 Reader version of the control because all versions of Windows before XP have the MSJVM, but Windows XP does not automatically install it. If you are using Windows XP or later and get a "class not registered" message when you try to view a Microworld offline, then return here, after you download the reader, check the box below and press Submit and select Open to download and install the MSJVM (5 M). This will not disable any other Java Virtual Machines you may have installed.

Alternatively, you may want to download and use the Mathwright32 Reader NET version instead. The NET version is tied to Microsoft's new .NET initative and will support a number of surprising extensions to Mathwright in coming years, but you can only use it if you have the .NET framework installed on your machine. We recommend you use the MSJVM for now.

Which Microworld Reader do you wish to download?
