Microworlds
are Mathwright "WorkBooks" that you can read in your browser. The
browser must be ActiveX enabled, and you should download our new MathwrightWeb
ActiveX Control first in order to enable your browser to view them. You
may read about this new technology for Mathwright here.
The
MathwrightWeb ActiveX Control is a free download. You may get one by
clicking at the atom on the left. You will be asked to register so that you
may receive our Newsletter.
If
you are new to MathwrightWeb, you can then check out the free 20-page Introduction
to Mathwright32 Microworlds, and read it in your browser whenever you
like.
The
MathwrightWeb control will enable your MSIE 5.0 Browser to read any of the
Microworlds at the Library. You may see the list of current Microworlds,
ordered by number of downloads at any time, by visiting the download
page. Or you may visit the various rooms of the Stacks
to search for the ones you want.
In
the Title page for a Microworld, you will find
a button:
![]()
Press
this button, and you will
be asked to "sign in" for the Microworld. If you are a library member,
just sign your name and email address.
